Observation

Cleaners were seen stored under the bathroom sink which had a plastic U clip around the small circular knobs. The U clip was able to be easily popped off. The cleaners were not inaccessible to children. 8/23/23- During the onsite visit, Provider removed the items from under the sink and is now storing them in the laundry room which is inaccessible to children.
